By order of one of our clients, who develops audio signal amplification equipment, we mastered and put into production a set of parts for such a device.
We were ordered to produce such a critical part as the front panel of the signal amplifier with level control knobs.
The shape of the front panel necessitated milling on a five-axis milling machining center.
All manufactured parts were treated with special glassware, which gave them an aesthetically attractive appearance.

Production of the front panel of the amplifier on Doosan PUMA 2100M machines
The signal level knobs were produced on a modern turning center with a driven tool and an additional C-axis.
This, in turn, made it possible to produce the part in one set-up with perfect precision.
