Production of molds for blister packaging

We are often approached with various tasks in the manufacture of molds for the production of blister packaging. At the same time, the terms of reference may look like this:

• it is necessary to produce a blister mold according to 3D model of the customer;
• it is necessary to first develop a 3D model following the example of the packaged products and produce the mold itself.

In this project, our specialists developed a form following the example of the packaged products. We measured three products (tube, pencil, technical napkin) and made a schematic representation of the placement in the package. Then a 3D model was developed.

During the production of the mold, we drilled more than 100 holes with a diameter of 0.3 mm, which made it possible to ensure the maximum quality of the formed material in the production of blister packaging. The production of the form on an Italian high-speed machine ensures the maximum quality of all 3D surfaces of the form.
