During the production of parts, a number of technological operations are performed, namely: milling work on surface treatment, drilling, reaming holes, threading. In this case, a modern cutting tool with shrink chuck is used.
Milling works are carried out for the following types of materials: aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, stainless steel, steel, tool steel, plastics.
We accept orders for milling work in the presence of a drawing, 3D model or customer's sample. If necessary, a 3D model of the part can be created. In the production of all parts, a technological map and a program for a milling machine are compiled.
