Anodizing
We offer the most popular and in demand type of coating for aluminum parts - aluminum anodizing or oxide anodizing.
Properties of anodized parts:
- High resistance to abrasion of parts;
- Corrosion resistance of parts;
- Impeccable decorative appearance with the effect of matte, semi-matte and glossy surfaces;
- Electrical insulating properties of the coating;
- High short-term heat resistance.
Colorless anodizing of aluminum
General industrial anodizing (Type2) is the most popular type of coating for aluminum parts. This type of coating gives the following protective and decorative characteristics to aluminum parts:
- protective and decorative film with a thickness of 2µm to 25µm;
- protection of aluminum parts from corrosion;
- increased resistance of parts to mechanical damage (abrasion/scratches);
- possibility of drying parts into black color.
Hard anodizing of aluminum
Hard or cold anodizing (Type3) - the highest degree of protection for aluminum parts. This type of coating gives the following protective and decorative characteristics to aluminum parts:
- protective and decorative film with a thickness from 13µm to 115µm;
- the highest protection of aluminum parts from corrosion ;
- highest resistance of parts to mechanical damage (abrasion/scratches).
Quality of anodic coating
Modern industrial line for anodizing aluminum parts with full control of the technological process.
Quality of application of anodic coating is ensured by the use of modern technological solutions:
- an industrial rectifier designed to supply direct current to galvanic baths;
- a refrigeration unit that allows maintaining temperatures down to -7 Co;
- modern German chemistry and additives for plating baths;
- use of specialized titanium hangers for fastening parts during the anodizing process;
- blowing, washing and drying of parts.
The anodic coating is carried out according to the international standard MIL-A-8625F.
